Step 1 - Linking your WHOOP account to AthleteMonitoring


a) Login on your AthleteMonitoring account with your preferred device
b) Go to your AthleteMonitoring settings/profile

c) Click the "Link WHOOP Data"

d) Log into your WHOOP account if prompted to

e) Agree to the "Terms and Conditions"
f) Click "Accept"

g) After linking your WHOOP account, you will see: WHOOP Data Linked (see picture below).


Step 2 - Transferring your WHOOP data


If your coach as turned on automatic syncing, your WHOOP data will be automatically transferred as soon as you record a session on your WHOOP device, and that your device is synced with the WHOOP app.


Important: If your WHOOP account is already linked to AthleteMonitoring and you are experiencing difficulties transferring data, tap unlink, log off, then login again, open your profile and tap Link WHOOP Data to re-establish the connection. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.


Step 3 - Reviewing your WHOOP data


You can review your WHOOP data by pressing the WHOOP logo when completing the wellness questionnaire, when reviewing your training calendar, or when opening reports and graphs. Just press the graph button and select overview, wellness or activity


Step 4 - Recording RPE for WHOOP-created sessions (optional)

To record your RPE and/or add more information for a session created by WHOOP session, press the Training button, tap the yellow button that matches the session, report your data as usual (select RPE, record data for additional training variables, etc) and tap Save.
