- Login on your Oura Ring account and authorize data exchange between AthleteMonitoring and Oura
Oura data is automatically transferred to AthleteMonitoring when you complete and save your wellness questionnaire.
To view today's Oura data, tap the Oura logo at the bottom of your wellness questionaire.
To view Oura data trends, and statistics, tap the Reports/graphs button (bottom of your screen) and open the wellness section.
