Opening the calendar

To open the planning calendar, select the Planning option of the Team menu. 


This page includes a graphical overview of the load planned for both training and competitive events, and will allow you to create and share sessions with your athletes and teams.

Session scheduling

This is the traditional view. When you click on a calendar cell, a session planning page opens and allows you to plan session(s), or entire programs.


Quick Recording

This new view allows you to quickly record group data and attendance without planning the session beforehand. Click on a cell, enter post session data and save.

Load Planner

Use this view to plan and previsualize workload for a specific athlete an non sRPE metrics (usually GPS-based data). Read more...


The load planning graph


This graph compares the load of planned sessions and the demand of the highest load of upcoming competitive events (target). It helps you fine-tune your programs and ensure that athletes are fully prepared to meet the demand of competition.


This graph can be used to compare metrics such as sRPE loads, GPS measures, etc. measured during training (grey bars) and the value of such metrics planned for competitive events (orange bar and dotted line).


All metrics activated in the Team settings – Training Forms-Custom fields can be used. The Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) and the Freshness Index (Chronic Load minus Acute Load) is also calculated.


Important: To be viewed as ‘Competition’ sessions must contain an activity listed under the ‘Competition’ category. Other sessions are displayed as ‘Training’.


To display a different metric, click the Settings icon located above the graph.


To hide the graph deselect the Calendar button. This will also make the calendar loading much faster.

Adding sessions to the Calendar

To add individual and group sessions in just a few seconds, click on a white cell in the calendar, select the athletes, activity, dates, etc. and click the Add session button. Once added to the calendar, sessions are automatically sent to the athletes’ app.


Editing planned sessions

To better adapt your program on a daily basis, you can edit planned sessions for entire team or individual athletes.

To modify a planned session, click on the session from the calendar, and select the appropriate options

Deleting sessions

To delete individual sessions, click on the session from the calendar and press the Delete (red) button.


To batch delete sessions, click on the X icon located in the top right corner of the calendar, select the athletes, the date range and press Delete.


Planning Workouts and Exercise Programs

If the Workout Builder  is enabled on your account, you can select preset workouts, exercises, loading schemes and configure specific exercise details when adding new sessions to the calendar. 

Modifying Session Colors

Colors are specific to each category of activities. To use your preferred colors, open team settings, activities and select your color. 


To visualize easy and hard sessions on your calendars, and/or represent each session by the color associate with the session's planned RPE/difficulty, open team settings, calendar and activate the session colors option.


When the calendar shows programs for several teams, each team is represented by a different color.
