Athletes will receive a reminder to complete the survey along with a direct login link. Once the athlete is logged in, the OSTRC questionnaire is automatically displayed.
Once the questionnaire is completed, all data is automatically transferred into AthleteMonitoring and accessible for data analysis and incident management/tracking.
