Step 5 - Add the signup link to your website

Step 6 – Promote the signup link

(Skip this step if your athletes already have an AthleteMonitoring account)

Copy the signup link and paste it on the webpage of your choice. When an athlete click on the link, the signup form below will be automatically displayed. 

After clicking Create Account, the athlete will receive an email invitation to create a password. The athlete will be automatically added to your team.

Step 7. Collect data

Athletes can now login, accept consent form, complete the baseline questionnaire and start recording their OSTRC Questionnaire.
