Athletes can't upload image files when reporting training

AthleteMonitoring has a file upload limit of 6MB and if files aren't uploading, it is likely that the file that athletes are trying to upload is too big. Ask athlete to take smaller or lower resolution pictures so the uploaded file remains under the 6MB upload limit.
