You can modify the text and colors of session RPE scale by clicking on the Settings menu, selecting the Training settings tab and opening the RPE section.


You can also create custom intensity system with a specific name, up to 10 zones, each one with a different label and color.



Once created or modified, custom zones can be turned on/off in Team settings-Training Forms section.


Athletes can then record their sRPE and the time spent in each custom traininig zone (in minute) when reporting their training
