Once created or modified in Settings-Training settings, custom intensity zones can be turned on/off in Team settings-Training Forms section.


When custom zones are turned on, athletes can then record their sRPE and the time spent in each training zone (in minute) when reporting their training

Visualizing time in zone data


To visualize the time spent in each training zone, open Team charts- Training overview. The overview section displays the time in each RPE or custom intensity zone. Click on the graph to access more details.


The Intensity section shows the time in zone data over time.
