If you are using an institution email (university, etc.) make sure that emails sent from our domain names athletemonitoring.com, athletemonitoring.eu, athletemonitoring.eu, fitstatstechnologies.com and fitstatswellness.com are not being blocked by your institution servers.
If you are a new user and didn’t receive the email invitation containing your username, check your spam / trash box. If you still can’t find the information, or for any other question about your account, please contact the person who created your account (system administrator, coach, etc.).
