AthleteMonitoring simplifies the creation of annual training plans and yearly calendars. Once you have created periods, competition dates and planned training sessions, select the yearly view option, and the date representing the first day of your yearly plan.


The yearly view will be automatically displayed.

To display your plan for a shorter period, reduce the date range by selecting a new date in the second date selector. To restrict the plan to a specific period, select the appropriate option in the Period dropdown.


Explanations


  • Each column represents a week
  • Each colored cell represents a session for a specific activity or a competitive event (yellow in the example above).
  • Click on a competition or a session cell to record data
  • Click on links visible in the description cell to view details, if available
  • Click on a white cell to schedule a session or a competitive event
  • The Primary focus row represents activities with the largest number of sessions for any given week
  • The Primary focus row represents activities with the second largest number of sessions for any given week 
  • The number include in each cell represents the number of sessions of each activity for the week
  • If you wish to change this number the actual volume performed for each activity (km, miles, number of bowls, etc), click the Settings icon in the top right corner above the calendar and select 'Total volume'
  • The Hours (h:min) row represents the total number of hours for each week, all activities combined
  • The RPE row represents the average sRPE for each week, when sRPE is recorded
  • The LOAD represents the total sRPE LOAD (duration x sRPE) for each week, all activities combined
