To add custom diagnoses to the selected coding / classification system, select Settings-Health-Add New.
Then, enter the requested information, diagnosis code and save.
Before adding a new diagnose, make sure the new diagnoses isn't already in the current coding system by selecting options in the Custom Diagnosis section.
