With mobile apps, data can be entered both online and off-line but you will not be able to enter assessment/testing results, online surveys, and/or review reports, download your data or modify your profile.
The iPhone and Android apps are compatible with all our servers. However, during your first login, you’ll be asked to select a specific server, just before entering your username and password.
Here is how to select the correct 'Connect to:' option:
- If you have received the password invitation from reminders@athletemonitoring.COM,select the Global server (.com);
- If you have received the password invitation from reminders@athletemonitoring.EU, select the Europe Server (.EU) option;
- If you have received the password invitation from reminders@athletemonitoring.IN, select the India Server (.IN) option.
