To edit athlete answers to the OSTRC questionnaire, open the Analytics menu and the Compliance tab, click on the date that matches the questionnaire you want to edit, edit the answers and save.
You can also edit athlete answers by opening the Athlete menu, clicking the athlete name and opening the Compliance tab.
