If your system is running slow, try these tips:
1) On the team dashboard, open the Notes tab and remove those you have read by clicking the X button. The note will remain in the system but will be removed from the team dashboard
2) Reduce the number of fields loaded on the team dashboard (Team settings-Readiness dashboard)
3) Split large teams/roups into smaller ones smaller groups.
