If your athletes are receiving questionnaire reminders even after they've completed them, please check the steps below. Time of day is relative to the time zone set in Team settings-General settings or in the the athlete profile.
Wellness and injury surveillance/OSTRC questionnaire have different reminder mechanisms. Make sure to verify them separately.
Check the 'Time of Day' value
Make sure the Time of day is set after the time athletes are expected to complete the questionnaire. In the example below, all athletes who complete the questionnaire after 8:30AM will receive a reminder.
Make sure athletes are filling out custom fields
Also, if custom fields have been added at the bottom of the Wellness questionnaire, make sure athletes are entering data. If they don't, the questionnaire will be marked as incomplete and a reminder will be sent.
