To reset the two-factor authentication, proceed as follow:

  1. Login as the account owner or an admin
  2. Click the "Users" button towards the top right of the screen
  3. Click the button to edit this staff member's profile (should be second from the right)
  4. Finally click the "Reset 2FA key" button at the bottom of the page


Since 2FA is security feature we recommend verifying the user's identity by more than just email. Face to face or over the phone would be ideal.
