To report a health problem, select the Health Problems icon and proceed as shown below.
Reporting an acute injury (sudden injury, accident)
Press the Acute injury button, tap on the body map to select the affected body region, select the level of pain, select the other options available and tap Submit.
Reporting an overuse injury (happens over a long period of time)
Press the Overuse injury button, tap on the body map to select the affected body region, select the level of pain, select the date of first symptoms, select the other options available and tap Submit.
Reporting an illness
Press the Illness button, select the date of first symptoms, select the other options available and tap Submit.
Reporting an Emergency
To report an emergency, select an health problem as shown above, enter/select options and select YES to the 'Is this an emergency?' question. When an health problem is set as an emergency, an urgent message is sent to the health practitioner linked to your account.
