Can I upload / import historical training data ?

 Yes. This process is very easy and requires 4 steps.

Note: Make sure to use the provided template, to enter dates in the yyyy-mm-dd  format and times as described in the template. Also, make sure to include only valid activities (available in the Activity tab of the template).

To avoid Excel formatting errors, paste your data using the following method: select the Paste Special option (or use the CTRL+ALT+V shortcut), right click in the Excel cell, choose Paste Special and choose Text.

Step 1- Open the calendar and select the Import icon

Step 2- Select Historical data and click Template

Step 3 - Paste the data to import on the spreadsheet

Step 4 - Select the newly filled spreadsheet and select Import sessions
