You can easily navigate the system using the top and left menu options To select team(s), subgroup(s) and athlete(s), use the top drop down options.


Selecting Teams

Use this option to select one or multiple teams with which you'd like to work with. Click on the number of available teams such as ' Teams (13)' to access the team management section. The number next to each team indicates the number of athletes.

Selecting Subgroups

Once you have selected one or more team, use this option to select one or multiple subgroup(s) linked to the selected teams. To add, edit, remove subgroups, or add athletes in each one open the team management section. The number next to each team indicates the number of athletes.


Selecting Athletes


When you have at least one team selected, all the matching athletes will be selected. Use the Athlete selector to further refine the selection. These selected athletes will be the ones whose data will be recorded/visualized in the calendar assessment, analytics, etc sections.


Configuring the System

If one team is selected in the Team Selector, both Team and Global Settings options will be displayed when you click the Settings menu. If multiple teams are selected, only Global Settings will be visible.


Configuring a team

Use this option to configure your team: name, third-party integration, activities, calendar, reminders, wellness and health monitoring questionnaires, etc. 


Configuring the platform

Use this option to add, edit, deactivate or delete teams, staff and athletes and configure everything that can be applied to multiple groups, including:, assessment protocols, questionnaires, training, security, roles, etc. Only users with special permissions can access Global Settings.


Configuring your account

When you click on your name in the top right corner, you can access your profile and configure your account. If you select logout you can safely exit the application.


Analyzing your data

The Analytics menu gives you access to fast and powerful data visualization and analytics tools. It includes a fully customizable dashboard section -the My Dashboard tab - and 8 thematic tabs that presents data in a series of curated albeit highly configurable graphs, tables and reports.
