To record health consultations, the related treatments/services provided and SOAP notes, open the health module, click the pencil icon, select/enter the appropriate options and save.
Note: make sure to configure health consultations and related services before using this option.
Consultations can also be recorded from the athlete health history. Click on the health problem, open the Clinical consultation tab, select/enter the required information and save.
