To batch send health questionnaires to multiple athletes, open the Health menu option, click the Questionnaire icon, select All athletes in the top left list and click the blue + icon.
Then, select the athletes (or staff) who should be completing the questionnaire, select the questionnaire in the drop down list, select the date (click on the date to open a calendar, click on several dates to assign the questionnaire multiple times), select who should be completing the questionnaire (athletesm, staff or both) and click Assign questionnaire.
Once assigned questionnaire will appear on the athlete's app. If set in team settings, a reminder will be sent to the selected athletes and dates.
