To deactivate a staff user, open the staff list and click the yellow X matching the user you'd like to deactivate


Then confirm the operation and transfer notes and documents to a new user:

Once done, the deactivated user will not be able to login or access data but his/her name and previously recorded documentation will now be accessible by the new user.


To reactivate an inactive staff user, open the Inactive list and click the green X.
