If you are a Classlink user, you can fully automate rostering and eliminate the need of manually importing and updating teacher, class and student lists with the FITSTATS-Classlink integration. 


This is done in 4 simple steps:


Step 1: Login into your Classlink Roster Server


Step 3: The App Library will open. In the search bar, search for “FITSTATS”.


Click on the “Add” button to add the Fitstats integration to your ClassLink launchpad. Then and once they install the App in their launchpad they should see the API iformation




Step 4: Open your FITSTATS account owner profile, open the Classlink tab and paste the Classlink Client ID and Client secret in the appropriate boxes and Save

Once this process has been completed, data will start flowing up automatically from your school information system into FITSTATS, and your class, teacher and student lists will be automatically updated.


Please note that Classlink may also update school names. If school names in FITSTATS are different than those used in your SIS, new schools will be added to FITSTATS .

If you do not see classes in the newly created schools, open School preferences – Subgroups and make sure the option ‘Show classes on home page?’ is set to ‘yes’.
