Customizing exercise options and search tags

To make exercise categorization and quick search easier, add the exercise options of your choice in Global Settings-Exercises-Exercises options. To customize the list of exercise categories, equipment, level and period. Click on the name of the section, click the green cross icon located at the bottom, enter the name and save.

Once categories have been defined and attached to each exercises, quickly find exercises by entering exercise name, or name of options in the exercise search box (for multi-criteria exercise finding, enter multiple search options separated by a comma).
