To view workout data, click on the session from the Planning calendar 



Open the Details menu (...). 


Under the name of each exercise, you'll find both coach-planned and athlete-reported data. The format of the session summary is determined by the option below, set in the exercise settings.



To visualize total volume and average intensity over time for each exercise, click on the exercise name or the line graph icon. If you have selected 1RM prediction in the exercise settings, the predicted 1-rep max will be automatically displayed, when athlete reported 5 reps or less.
