It is possible for athletes and staff to attach one or multiple files when completing a questionnaire. To enable file attachment, simply select the File Attachments option when creating or editing an existing questionnaire.
User can select multiple attachments before saving or submitting the questionnaire
Once the questionnaire is saved or submitted, attachments becomes available to view and download.
