To add a subscale to your questionnaire, open the questionnaire, expand the subscale section and click ‘Add subscale’.
Then, enter the subscale’s name and description and if you wish to have a subscale-specific interpretation, enter the logic used to interpret subscale score. This score is calculated from all questions associated to the subscale.
Now, add the questions and link them to the newly created subscale by selecting a subscale name in the dropdown. Once done, save the questionnaire.
After questionnaire with subscales is completed, each subscale’s score and interpretation is automatically displayed along the overall questionnaire result.
