In order to record consultations and treatments/services available in the EMR/health module, you need to configure them.
The configuration is twofold:
1) Global Settings
To add or configure type of consultations, open Settings-Health and click on the Consultations heading. To add a new consultation, scroll down and click the green +. To edit a consultation, click the gear icon.
To delete a type of consultation, click the X. When a type of consultation is already in use, the delete icon is not available.
You can save changes by clicking the Save button. Check the 'Add to all teams' option to add the new consultation to all available teams.
To configure services or treatments, click the Services heading. To add a new service, scroll down and click the green +. To edit a service, click the gear icon.
When configuring a service, you can define its name, make it billable (or not), enter a service code, a unit time and cost.
To delete a service, click the X. When a type of consultation is already in use, the delete icon is not available.
2) Team Settings
You can add / remove consultation types and services/treatments at the team level to further refine your EMR system.
To make changes, open Team Settings-Health, click Consultations and/or Services. Click the + icon to add a new item and click Save when done.
