It is possible to attach custom ratings to notes and easily identify them with colors in the list. This doesn't apply to medical/clinical notes.
Creating note ratings
If you are a users with access to global settings (administrator, account owners, etc) click Settings, open the Notes ratings tab and click the Ratings button.
Then enter the numeric score, the corresponding text label, select click the colored square to select a color or to enter a color code. Then save.
Ratings notes
To attach a specific rating to a new note, create the note, use the rating slider to select the appropriate rating, enter/select the requested information and save. If you don't want to rate the note, select N/A (default option).
Displaying rated notes
Once a rating is added to a note, the rating and matching color will automatically be displayed.
