AthleteMonitoring includes several options to track exercise-specific volume, intensity, tonnage and/or overall load.
From the Team charts menu
Open Team Charts and go to the Exercises - Cumulative and Exercises - Longitudinal sections.
Cumulative graph
This graph displays the total volume (repetitions), average volume (sets x repetitions) and intensity (lb, kg, or any unit selected for the exercise) for the category, exercise and the period of your choice.
Longitudinal graph
This graph displays the fluctuation of training volume (sets x repetitions), intensity (lb, kg, or any unit selected for the exercise) and load (volume x intensity) for the exercise and the period of your choice.
From the Workout Scheduling screen
Open the calendar, click on a white cell and on the line graph icon next to the exercise you wish to visualize. From the pop up windows, select an athlete, a date range and click refresh. Volume, intensity and 1RM values will be displayed
From a Reported session
Open the Calendar, click on a reported session, click ... and select the line graph icon
