Yes.  If you do not need to track each specific activity, you can also ask athletes to complete the training form once a day only.

 

You will just have to create generic activities that will encompass everything that they usually do every day (eg: ‘Ballet+strength’), and they’ll be able to select these, along with duration, rpe and enjoyment for the entire day.
