Chose a different date, start time and/or duration for the session or remove the staff from the session. If you are an administrator, you may also choose to open the staff's profile and edit the person's working hours settings to allow sessions to be booked outside working hours.

1. Staff – Check the users’ (staff and athletes) schedule for the date(s), time and duration selected. You may choose to remove the users in conflict from the session, choose another date, start time and duration combinations or create the session in spite of the conflict by clicking ‘Yes’.
2. Athlete – Check your schedule for the date, time and duration select. You may choose to select another date, start time and duration combinations to avoid the conflict. Alternatively, you may chose to create the session in spite of the conflict by clicking ‘Yes’.
Not Participating Error
1. Staff – One or more athlete is not able to participate in the training or competition activity. You may chose to remove the non-participating athletes, change the selected date(s) or create an appointment activity for the selected athletes.
2. Athlete – You have health issues opened for the date selected. Select another date pass when your health issues are resolved or select an appointment activity.
Outside Available Hours Error (Locations)
Check the availability for the location to confirm that it is open on the date and time and for the duration selected.
Double Booking Error (Locations)
There is a session already booked at the date, start time and duration selected. Chose another date, start time and/or duration or (if admin) allow the location to be double booked.
