When athletes need to complete a baseline questionnaire before starting to complete the weekly OSTRC questionnaire, open Team settings- Injury Surveillance (OSTRC)-Onboarding Questionnaire, and select the baseline questionnaire of your choice.

When a baseline questionnaire selected, all athletes of the selected group, will have to complete the baseline questionnaire. before accessing the weekly OSTRC questionnaire.
