When you click the 
icon to open the health history page, a graph shows the detailed breakdown of all health problems reported by the selected athlete, including the number of injuries, illnesses, time-loss, athlete availability for the period of your choice (last 365 days by default)
If you use the OSTRC Injury Surveillance System, the graph will also display the consequences of each problem, based on the OSTRC questionnaire’s weekly severity score, in addition to  the number of missed days.
