Displaying Health History
To display health history, select the Health option from the team menu, tap the Health icon, select teams/athletes, date range (default is the last 6 months) and and click Show. Select athletes from the list to display his/her entire health history.
To open an health problem, click on its name from the list.
To print the history, select the Print button.
Reviewing all the medical notes for a specific athlete
To review all clinical notes associated with an athlete, open the Health menu and select the pencil note icon

To review clinical notes for a specific injury or illness, open the athlete's medical history, tap the appropriate incident and open the Clinical notes tab
