Yes. When our emails are improperly categorized as Junk Mail or Spam and blocked by your email system, check the following steps:

Step 1:  Tell your email system that our emails are not spam

Thunderbird: open the junk folder, click on the message and mark the message as Not junk

Safari: Control click (ctrl + mouse click) on the message and mark As Not Junk Mail

Office Mail: select the message, and then press CTRL+ALT+J

Outlook: click on your Junk Email folder. Then right click the message labeled as Junk and select Junk >> Not Junk from the context menu.

Gmail: Adding the email sender' addresses to your Contacts list.

Step 2:  Make sure that both the email address and domain name are added to your safe sender list in your security software or email client. Detailed instructions are presented here.
